Workspace Blinds supplied and installed over 1,100 blinds at Arena Point in Leeds, together with curtains and blinds throughout the development’s amenity spaces.
The scheme was delivered alongside RG Group for Olympian Homes, with the completed development operated by Fusion Students.
The project required a large-scale blind package for the student accommodation together with complementary window treatments for the communal and amenity spaces.
The bedroom solution needed to provide privacy, light control and durability, while the amenity areas required products that also complemented the interior design of the shared spaces.
The scale of the development meant that surveying, manufacture, deliveries and installation all needed to be carefully coordinated with the construction programme.
